I know from personal experience what it’s like to suffer from stress and not knowing how to get out. I have tested many techniques and methods and participated in various coaching programs. In the end I found something that really saved me. So I decided to train as a coach myself. After my further education I was able to help many people – people who had to experience that this method works. I can understand people better and help them because I have experienced everything myself. I can feel their feelings and I know how they suffer from the stress. My own experiences give me a better perspective to understand what their problems are.
Sometimes today’s difficulties are rooted in past decisions or actions that at first glance seem insignificant. However, these small and invisible things can often be found, solved and replaced.
